Evolving a premium liquor store experience into a scalable physical platform for franchise-ready, nationwide expansion.
We created an integrated stores’ expansion system—from physical format standardization to tech-enabled deployment protocols, and a modular collection for their store system and operational framework that:
- Enables store launches 2.5x faster than traditional construction
- Aligns with franchise requirements and investor timelines.
- Enables ever evolving curated experiences that delights users.
- Allows configuring, not designing, stores and production at scale.
The Result: Our system is powering Housebar’s national expansion. With a pipeline targeting over 10 new stores annually, Housebar is scaling without compromising experience, quality, or ROI. We laid the foundations for an ever-evolving store system and roll-out model based on cohorts, configuration-led design, and batch production now operates with a repeatable, tech-driven physical rollout strategy that sets a new industry benchmark.
